According to Weather.com, it's 93 degrees out, but it "feels like 92." I get the feels-like business when the number is higher than the temp (e.g. figuring the humidity factor.) But lower? No no no. And nobody respond with Dry Heat nonsense. Dry heat is up there with preventive dentistry as one of the great myths of our time.
