Anyone here publish their own podcast?

Is it expensive? Does it take lots of work? How often do you do it? What do you use to do it? (I have GarageBand on my machine; I guess I could use that. I also have Audacity, but that might be a little overkill.) Is it fun? Isn't it funny that they call it "publishing," when it's a sound thing?

Also, if you have any podcasts you like to listen to re. activism, education, feminism or technology (I know of itconversations.com, but that's about it), please do share.

Thanks!

(also: check it out, I put a tag thinger in. At the request of [info]slit, whom nobody can deny, I'm going to tag things other people might want to see, and maybe tag some old stuff as well. I promise not to have tags that say "bored," though, because I rarely am, and because that is lame.)
